This news talk about Human Rights. Bangui are Members of the Seleka rebel coalition have committed grave violations against civilians, including pillage, summary executions, rape, and torture.

This event took place in another country, this was not Spain. Rape, murder and torture did not Seleka are common events in Spain. Usually, in Spain we can find more cases of rape than torture. 

If I were a rich person, I would travel to this countries and I would save all the people woho were innocent and I would take to place safety. I think that these situations can solve If the goal to politicans wasn't mony and the ONGS can work better, because these haven't got a money.
