Admixtures:
4 medium potatoes
4 strips bacon
3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooked ham, cut into small cubes
2 medium tomatoes
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Process:
1. Boil unpeeled potatoes 30 minuts.
2. Rinse under cold water.
3.Peel, set aside to cool, slice potatoes
4.Cook bacon in large frying pan until transparent.
5.Add potatoes; cook until lightly browned
6. Meanwhile, blend eggs with milk and salt; stir in cubed them.
7. Cut tomatoes into thin wedges, add to egg mixture.
8.Pour over potatoes in pan
9.Cook until eggs are set.
10.Sprinkle with chives, serve at once.
